Transformation
My approach integrates the dimensions of the Soma, the thinking, feeling, emotional and spiritual self.
The two major components of my Somatic Lineage are energy and consciousness. For mental health to occur, energy must flow through five levels of being: body, emotion, mind, will and spirit. If the emotional level is energised, people identify and communicate their feelings, whereas emotions that are repressed lead to energetic dysfunction.

When the mental level is energised, the mind is flexible and reasonable; when its energy is blocked, negative thoughts such as judgments, statements of blame, and rigid belief systems take over.
The will/mind, which is used to initiate activity, is also affected by energetic dysfunction. It can be overused in attempts to control others, or it can be underused, leading to passive and submissive behavior.
A balanced will, the result of a healthy energy flow, leads to assertive behaviour and an integration of the masculine and feminine forces within.
Finally, the highest level, spirituality, pervades the entire being with love and energy.
We aim to foster awareness and deepen the capacity to connect with oneself by befriending our defence patterns and be with ourselves and others in the present moment. Belonging and connection is at the heart of our work. With connection, we thrive in the face of stress and uncertainty with curiosity and growth.

We run public programmes and also within organisations, with teams, changemakers, and leaders to be in the relational and systemic space.
These challenging times can feel overwhelming, with an uncertain future and unclear directions. Such challenges cannot be solved through individual thinking or decision-making alone.​
We no longer live in a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous world; we live in a Brittle, Anxious, Non-Linear, and Incomprehensible world.
It is important to acknowledge this and be with our challenges, equally essential to prioritise self-care, acknowledge our limits, and remain centred and grounded in our decision-making, rather than reacting under pressure. Finding expansion with the self and in relation to each other creates the space needed to be with our times.

Master classes & Workshops

Our offerings include public programs and collaborative initiatives with organisations. From strategic consulting to trauma-informed training, adult development, and stress management programs, our curated and customised approaches empower individuals and teams to thrive in complex environments.
With a deep, practical understanding of the nervous system and trauma, including systemic trauma-we create containers that inspire belonging, goodwill, and equal hierarchy distribution.
​​By drawing on neuroscience, adaptive leadership, and the mind-body connection, we help integrate the right and left hemispheres of the brain, enabling greater capacity to adapt, challenge, and create.​​
